It can take a couple minutes to sign in and configure your email account. Under Incoming mail, enter the Server and Port. Note: If Outlook automatically discovers your Workspace Email account, enter your password and select Connect, then skip to step 11. Note: You might need to choose your account. If asked, choose if you want to use this account everywhere on your device. Enter your Microsoft 365 Password and select Sign In. Enter your Microsoft 365 Email address and select Connect. If you haven't opened Outlook before, you'll see a welcome screen. Note: If Outlook automatically discovers your Workspace. Enter your Workspace Email address and select Connect. If you havent opened Outlook before, youll see a welcome screen. Then you can send and receive business emails. Enter your Workspace Email address and select Connect. Add your Workspace Email address to Outlook 2016 or newer for Windows PC. Enter your Workspace Email address and select Connect. Select File, and then select + Add Account.
